Service Re-do Policy

I strive to offer my guest the highest level of service. If you are having challenges with your cut or color let me know with in 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charges. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase. Please select bellow if you agree with these terms and would like to continue with services today.

Running Late?

If you are running just a couple minutes behind, I know things happen and completely understand.  I do ask that you call the salon, if you are able to safely, to let me know when I will be able to expect you.  If you are excessively late I may not be able to perform the service because I would run into my next guests appointment time with me.  A service charge will be applied to all appointments that won't be able to be completed due to arriving late.

Protection of Privacy 

Succulent Hair Salon By Katrina will never sell any of your information.  I collect your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. For example, if you chose to purchase a product, receive a service, or subscribe to my newsletter, your information is used to give you access to these products and services only. 

Cancellations 

In order to continue to prove the best possible scheduling options for my guests. I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours a $25 cancelled fee will be applied (per service) and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
